      A foot in the door

      Cons

      - Everyone is lovely when you are training and once completed its dog eat dog - No one cares about you in FDM once you are placed on client site - Account managers only care about money - The training system is not great - They always mess up your pay - Very rude and takes months to resolve an issue - extremely unhelpful

      Have to take any role you get (no choice) You potentially have to move location however they barely help with the costs

      Pros

      FDM is a great company to work for if you seek employment and development after studying or once having had a break from work. they are dynamic and proactive and it is really what you make of it.

      Cons

      like every job there can be pressure in regard to placements. it requires a lot of flexibility and that may not be feasible for everyone.
