      Pros

      As a graduate in a harsh job market, it does offer you good opportunities. I went from having a politics and philosophy degree feeling very lost as to what to do with my life, to being trained and gaining experience in RRC which is an area I discover I enjoy a lot and have interest in.

      Cons

      The account managers make a commission from you and will corner you into miserable placements, ignoring your unhappiness or lack of growth in the job in order to secure their cheque, please be wary.
