Pros

Its a great place to work. Not only the fellow co-workers are smart but also the atmosphere is good. You are praised for your good work and you are given opportunities for finding better work for yourself within the company.

Cons

I do not see a quick career growth. The bonus compensations should be better.

Pros

The people are very nice to work with and the work/life balance is great.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of top down management and lack of professional mentoring,

Pros

You become a travel agent with access to great travel deals. It is still the market mover in terms of online travel and quickly becoming a major force in all of travel.

Cons

The Factoria location in Bellevue is a nightmare to get to and from from Seattle - and it is basically a cultural wasteland once you are there. Only easily walkable options at lunch is the on-campus cafeteria. It has lost a ton of talent from the early days -- not only top management, but senior mid-level people who really made the place hum and had the institutional knowledge.
