      Great benefits and office, but leadership is dysfunctional

      Top-tier benefits, great office, lots of fun problems to be solved.

      Cons

      A waste of really smart people due to: dysfunctional leadership culture. Endless politics. Frequent reorganizations. Chronic ownership disputes. Too much focus on perception and not enough focus on outcomes. The company has no shortage of talent, but it often struggles to get out of its own way.

      Lack of consistency in processes and everything. Very easy to change directions Lack of career development for non-tech functions
