Cons

Management is no good at what they do. Usually the reason for failed contracts and they don’t provide the nesserary tools to work with.

Good Salary, nice conditions of work and a professional ambient. Also very good to acquire experience in customer service and on the aviation industry.

Cons

No benefits, a rude staff in my department, the reserve the right to fire you whenever they want. Overwatch over the employees and they in my department do no paid overtime.
