      Good Salary, nice conditions of work and a professional ambient. Also very good to acquire experience in customer service and on the aviation industry.

      Cons

      No benefits, a rude staff in my department, the reserve the right to fire you whenever they want. Overwatch over the employees and they in my department do no paid overtime.

      Build meaningful profesional relationships with key individuals in the industry.

      Extremely toxic work environment. Inexperienced HR team giving inexperienced advice to leadership. Low employee morale, extremely low wages for the front-line management team. Focused more on cutting cost rather than finding the right talent.
