None really, do my be afraid to work and dont be afraid of responsibility and you'll be fine. As you take on more responsibility though you may be called in more.

Good Salary, nice conditions of work and a professional ambient. Also very good to acquire experience in customer service and on the aviation industry.

Cons

No benefits, a rude staff in my department, the reserve the right to fire you whenever they want. Overwatch over the employees and they in my department do no paid overtime.
