      Pros

      Good work environment, freedom for decision taking, interesting projects, perks for patenting, promoting possibilities, after work activities, relocation in different countries, possibility to shift to other areas of work.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of vision due to the company broad business through many lines. There is a feeling that your research is only due to the production of patents and there it might be no real product outcome out of it, only prototyping.
