      Good talented people working hard to make a difference.

      Cons

      A huge gap between regular and contractor employees, open discrimination. Really a shame for such a big and known company. Contractors work like slaves staying extra hours, while regular employees are working relaxed on-time, delegating all hard tasks on contractors. Racist comments and jokes in the Spanish office. Dramatic difference in salaries too. Management is weak and not competent, not taking responsibilities and delegating them on their employees. Nobody is responsible for anything. Chaos in the organization and lack of good establish rules, equal for everybody in the company. Lack of equality.
