      Pros

      Still an innovative company in a very few areas, particularly for 5G and if you're based in Sweden.

      Cons

      Some great minds, but loads of under performing, arrogant colleagues. The company hired a lot of people with the aim of becoming relevant in the BSS/OSS transformation business and the rapid growth meant not only bad hires but also lack of real delivery methodology and a false sense of success for the original staff. The internal politics is absolutely insane, leading to several ethical issues.
