Pros

Enterprise is great company to work for, the MT program provides the best training tools that need anyone need to succeed in the company. I love that Enterprise promotes from within and it gives you the platform to grow. It is a performance base company therefore you need to work hard and be willing to grow but at the end you’ll be rewarded greatly for your efforts. If you’re are a recent graduate or a senior looking for internship I advise you to apply at the company and you’ll be glad that you did, trust me! There is so much room for opportunities, so many departments you can transition to and what I love the most is that the company gives back to the community. Excellent, excellent company to work for!

Cons

It is long hours but you get pay the overtime therefore you’re not really loosing anything. You work hard and get rewarded for it.

Pros

This position didn't really offer many pros

Cons

Incredibly long hours, no breaks, cold/hard selling needed to get anywhere, expected to attend meetings out of work hours and not be compensated for it.

Pros

Get to drive nice cars, good work experience in the rental world and you'll gain an insight into insurance etc

Cons

Very basic work, they only employ graduates but the reality of it is that anyone could do the job. The work is does not require any skill and you are expected to let customers talks to you like you're nothing because 'the customer is always right'! You'll most likely do on average a 60 hour week and only get paid minimum wage for overtime (which is only anything over 50 hours!)
