      The structured management trainee program gives you the skills to run your own business quickly. Promotion from within is based on ability and results rather than tenure. You get to work with teams of people who are friendly and happy to help you with your development..

      Cons

      As with most graduate jobs you get out what you put in. Being in the service sector there is shift and weekend work. This works for me as it is flexible.

      First, You are able to work from home. Secondly, You get all of the benefits as you would a job you would need to commute too. Thirdly, Definitely Not least, you are provided full support from the interview process to being a tendered Representative. We are a family.

      You do have to make sure that you do not miss any days in training because you will miss a lot of important information.
