      Work life balance, If you work in HQ is a good place if you want quiet in your life

      Cons

      No Career development, only if you know someone you grow otherwise you will get same position until retirement No salary increase when you work abroad (lot of excuses for health/pandemic reasons just to cut costs) No plans for your future in terms of next contract location. You can be sent back HQ with a short notice and in the meantime your family followed you leaving job and schools Low salaries compared the profits produced by the company and its lower than the average in Europe
