      great company where to work after 15 years experience. Not recommended if you want tolearn

      Pros

      - Good salary considering the Italian market. - easygoing work environment! If you have the chance to work in great projects you can learn a lot (but having these chances is very uncommon) - this is a job for life job position. it is difficult (or I'd say impossible) to be laid off

      Cons

      - no clear career path if you are young (it depends on moves from your bosses) - no provided learning or training. You grow if you study by yourself and the industry covered by Eni are very interesting! - Company culture is very old style and it has been changing very slowly - no international environment (mainly italian as Expat in Foreign countries)

      It is very difficult they cut of jobs, really valuable technical people

      Cons

      General flattening of salaries, poor recognition of merit, cap at maximum salaries, no transparency in assigning positions and career progression. No planning for personnel poor planning for works. Poor leadership action. Many words only, poor action.
