      A big national oil company without meritocracy

      Pros

      Security and safety at work. Good work - life balance. Friendly environment with colleagues. Good relationship with management. In some office you may have the possibility to work in a multicultural environment.

      Cons

      There is no meritocracy. Salary is not high as similar companies. Very poor relations with Human Resources Department. Low career opportunities.
