      Bad environment if you are local - lots of turnover

      Pros

      Good projects to work on. Need to stay active in all lease sales in order to secure good work and the necessary projects/permits to move forward.

      Cons

      Way too much political fighting internally/externally. Expats need to learn how to work/manage in the US - this is not Milan.

      - possibility to work all around the world - good colleagues - many courses for employees - terrific cafeteria - short working day

      Cons

      - nothing to do - many offices are just elephant's cemeteries; you just hope to end un in the right office at the right moment - mobility among offices is just impossible - flat salary as you approach 2k€ a month - non existent HR although they have many tools to evaluate you (psicologists writing your own profile and so on)
