Nothing. I never come across a recruitment team as bad as ENI's. HR do not have the professionalism or skillset required to make hiring decisions.

Cons

Interviewed for a senior position and successfully completed all technical rounds. Last round was with HR, who supposedly have the final say, yet they know nothing about the role or business need. Their sole objective is to ascertain salary expectations.
