good colleagues, perks are not the best but good, good company for italians, perfect company for italians who are at the end of their career...

Cons

treat employees like slaves, very frustrated employees esp nonitalians, not a place to work if not italian, low career growth, very very unprofessional HR department, employees contractual rights dont matter to the company not a company for professionals meritocracy don’t exist

You get paid even if you don't know anything and don't do anything

Cons

No organisation at all, no structure. No career development plan or even idea about it. HR is nonexistent. Most of the managers hardly speak English or know how to use computer. No efficient control or appraisal system in place, everything is based on verbal evaluation and connections.
