      Practically impossible to ascend. Traditional hierarchy and little talent retention. Values of the 19th century. Little practical work and little efficiency

      The company is undergoing an international expansion which means a lot of activity and new projects The initial salary is really good for begginers In many departments of the company the work/life balance is really good The company is undergoing a cultural transformation that will solve many of the cons

      Career opportunities are worse than in other companies, staff turnover is incredibly low Very hierarchical company - decission making is really slow Just a few young people in the company (average age arround 50 years old)
