      The company is not changing according to current employees' needs

      Pros

      There are many work life balance measures It is a very safe and calm place to work, specially for people of over 40 The company is known for its health and safety policies There are new departments in which they are doing interesting projects

      Cons

      There are almost no development opportunities and people get bored of doing the same things over and over again (This is exactly why me and many of colleagues left the company last year) When hiring, the company will promise everything, even if later is not achievable Enormous salary spread between managers and employees Salaries are not adapted to market anymore

      The office is almost new and you will find a lot of open spaces to work and manage your meetings. Good work & balance Good salary but not competitive nowadays compairing it with similar companies

      Hard hierarchy It’s difficult to find young people in the top positions of the company The promotions are quite unusual
