Pros

* Lots of learnings opportunities and accelerated growth. When I joined I was sure I knew almost everything about online marketing - but then have realized that here people do constantly look for innovation, testing new things and learn. After about 2 years I must admit that most of the things I had given for granted were actually far from being the truth. Also, marketing is growing massively and it is great to see that what we are doing as a team is really working. I think I never grew as fast as in edreams. * Team organization. The way that the edreams performance marketing teams are organized and managed is pretty advanced. For example we have an agile coach dedicated to us, and we do all the agile ceremonies that are typical of the technology teams (stand ups, retrospectives, kanban boards, etc), and these are working also for marketing. Plus, we use some other advanced frameworks to set the strategy, the objectives, to measure performance and to give feedback - there is extremely high attention to how people work. Also great to work side by side with analysts, software developers and data scientists, there is high focus on automation and data. * Being happy as a team objective. One of the 2 team objectives is to be happy - I think this is the greatest thing of edreams where everyday we work to be happier and happier - and it is working! * Very good management, people in senior positions are all approachable. Plus team mates are friendly. * Good compensation; * Flexible working policy and possibility to work remotely;

Cons

* Challenging environment requiring to be up to date on latest marketing trends. I cannot give random answers - people really challenge what I say and it is much better to answer that I will look into something before answering. * We have some benefits (gym, coffee, milks, ticket restaurants, health insurance, etc), but I used to have more in other companies. For example, in the past I had a learning budget that I could spend to attend workshops, conferences and trainings. In edreams any time that I want to do something similar, I need to request for the expense to be approved and the process is slow; * A bit too many meetings.

- Excellent working environment, leadership shows real care about employees; this also propagates to great team work and cooperation, with knowledgeable and hard-working colleagues always willing to help. - Great work-life balance; very nice employee benefits; good work is valued. - Complex and interesting project with architecture well done, good modern technologies are used; interesting things to work on, to learn and to advance professionally.

Cons

- Necessary procedures for some things and big number of teams may seem difficult in the beginning if cross-team work is needed, but with good understanding this can be handled with ease and efficiency.
