Lots of room for growth / friendly coworkers

Organization is growing rapidly and changes are not always communicated well from management

good 401k match, 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation time

below market pay, severely outdated workflows, resistant to change, middle management/leadership talks a big game but really only does it for show and provides no real direction. Many people stick around due to unfair promotions with salaries that don’t align to titles or performance. The company may continue to grow but rarely do those doing the ground work grow with it, or get credit for contributions.
