      Pros

      Great benefits (esp health insurance). Generally, pretty flexible work culture.

      Cons

      - Brand is losing relevance (esp globally) but nothing is being done about it - US colleagues are pretty ignorant and lack awareness of how the rest of the world works - Poor and unsympathetic management - No direction. Projects never get off the ground, a lot of time wasted doing endless presentations to leadership - No progression, your learning and growth get stagnant fast - Favouritism for US team for promotions - Most people only stay for the benefits and are waiting to get laid off

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
