Pros
You are working for a brand that nearly everyone you run into will tell you they love and never travel without. You are surrounded by people who are on the cutting edge of their respective fields. The company is willing to move very quickly and take risks, which results in you seeing your work and ideas get implemented days (hours?) within when you put them together. Excellent benefits and a real focus on employee needs. Major focus on charitable donations (including an entire corporate subsidiary dedicated to it.)
Cons
Company is growing quicker than its employee base, so good employees are handling lots of matters at once. Ability to prioritize is a must.
