      Fee earners are paid fantastically, with plenty of promotion opportunities. Office environment is fun and casual The benefits are brilliant Great level of autonomy in many roles

      Cons

      Poor salaries for support staff Poor promotion for support staff The Newton office (Head office) are treated like an ivory tower

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
