Pros
Work-life balance is very good, perks as well. People overall are pretty nice.
Cons
I don't even know where to start. Several rounds of layoffs and restructures, no more RSUs this year and team managers who want to keep things as they are instead of trying a change, promotion freezes, etc, etc... Overall this makes the work unbearable since people who had more context are no longer at the company and the rest are either actively looking for jobs elsewhere or at least open to offers. I've never been at a company where I felt the morale so low. And it's sad and demotivating to watch tbh. I feel that this company was very good at some point but it took a turn for the worse and I feel that with the stock going down and down, they are just finding a way to sell the company.
