Pros
Really great benefits and a brilliant well known brand to work for. London office is really nice. The problems we work on are fairly interesting and the travel sector is a great sector to be in.
Cons
Too many re-orgs are getting the morale down. There's a lot of pressure to just deliver really quickly without much opportunity to work on long term improvements. It doesn't seem like management care too much about people's professional development either as I rarely see this mentioned.
