      Pros

      I generally love working at Tripadvisor, the culture is positive, the work is interesting, and the people are genuinely supportive. Compensation and benefits are solid, and there’s a good amount of flexibility in most roles. The biggest downside is that layoffs seem to happen fairly often, which creates uncertainty and can impact team morale. Aside from that, my experience has been very good, and it’s a company I’ve been proud to work for.

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
