1. The culture is magnificent. Toxicity/Non-corporate behaviour is not tolerated at any cost. 2. Mental wellbeing 4/5 3. There is no login/log out, so freedom to work on our hours but preferably in the team's timezone.
Cons
1. Salary 3/5 as the employees might be a little undervalued for the expectations that are tied to the role. 2. Politics exist, not on high level but it;s there which might hinder growth in the company.
