Pros

Good coworkers, have been reasonable during the pandemic, pay is ok.

Cons

Senior leadership team don't listen and are trying to enforce a return to office when fully remote has been working well. Some of the software is ancient and unreliable, and there's too much focus on shiny and new things rather than keeping what we have functional.

We know it takes time to implement change, but coming together two days per week will allow more opportunities for growth and development within teams and collaboration among colleagues.
