Pros

Work from home Benefits were good but have been clamped down Employee Groups

Cons

Felt constantly watched working from home. They monitor everything you do, even searching for something on google, had a manager throw it in my face that’s how I know. Management is full of bullying and was immature, their whole “were in this together and let’s lift each other up” attitude was just that, words to fill the air and console employees that they were being cared about. Saw a lot of quiet firing happen, they’d take work from you and then ask you what you’ve been doing and even if you found a way to do your job it didn’t stop them. I witnessed a whole team subtly attack a team member of theirs with sneaky and underhanded jabs during a “team” meeting, their manager even went as far to insult their personal life. Poor soul laughed it off but you could see the hurt in their eyes when it registered. Asked them about it later to find out it was going on for a while, a week later I found out that person was canned unjustified. The team they worked for was vicious. Place is full of sharks. Everyone is looking to point the finger where they can especially management. Glad I left. Whatever PR/HR person reads this, don’t bother commented on my review. Take care.
