Pros
Personalities of the majority of the employees are pleasant and approachable. TransUnion will send you to training if it will benefit you in terms of perfoming your job. Also, they will reimburse you for college tuition.
Cons
Job uncertainty is a major issue. This company can be too demanding of personal time for work purposes without any form of compensation. Comp time is promised but when working 15+ hours over in a regular work week and the entire weekend, a Monday off is not acceptable. Teams have unreasonable project time frames and less experienced Managers. In the event issues arise within Production environments, Teams are quick to "Point the finger" at each other to escape blame.
