Pros

Working with for almost 3 months. It was really Great! to work with TU in the 1st place where everyone is friendly and even the frim itself very employer friendly, this is the 1st company which will talk about leave policy in the 1st day itself. Good to know in depth knowledge about How Credit works in US and this makes me to maintain my credit in a positive way also! For every month they will do some activity like Team out, Food, Games and Classes these kind of things. And really like to improvise myself by learning and WFH culture was Good!.

Cons

I know it's US shift completely night and rotational because it was pure customer service that we all accept in the beginning but after days passes it was a challenging to work on different shift and continuously 3 chats needs to handled in that there was AHT Average Handling Time. So, these are cons.
