Pros

Company has been generous and well-informed about COVID-related issues; early office shutdowns, extra days off, vax mandates. Company is socially conscious and is serious about diversity.

Cons

Company is headquartered in the midwest, where tech salaries and the cost of living are quite modest. Employees at either coast are lumped into a common salary scale, which (along with draconian infosec requirements) is causing an exodus in Portland.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Over the last few months, we have learned that remaining agile and adapting to the world around us will be critical moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our people is top priority. We balance that with delivering useful products and services to customers and consumers. That being said, I appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share this with my team. We work with our internal partners to conduct market audits on our compensation scales and this feedback is important to me as well. I look forward to reading more of your reviews and encourage you to connect with your manager to address any additional concerns. - Abhi Dhar, Chief Information and Technology Officer
