Pros
As a full-time employee, I got 401K (they do some matching, up to 3%, I believe) and health insurance.
Cons
The management are like dinosaurs, using tired marketing tactics and claiming "that's the way we've always done it." Very low raises, if at all. Little opportunity for advancement and growth. The culture was extremely conservative and hidebound. Because it's finance, they bend over backwards to accommodate legal/compliance demands. Upper management lacked any originality or creativity.
