- Company has good number of PTO - They celebrate and all - Hierarchy is fine - Good people around you in pune office from good ex-employers
Cons
- Management are in a rapid hire and fire mode i.e. hire and fire in quick months for no reason at all - They only keep people who behave as servants to chennai staff - Chennai staff governs the projects and company in entirety, but in chennai also only those people get attention who are literally selling their moral to serve the higher managers
