Pros
Very good benefits. Y1 - 2 weeks, Y5 - 3 weeks, Y10 - 4 weeks, Y25 - 5 weeks. Matching 401k. Things are easy here.
Cons
Very similar to working at an well established firm. The level of change is minimal. While that can be a pro it is also a negative. The environment is fairly bare-bones regarding staffing. Everything runs well but there is not much coverage.
