Business Outlook
Pros
An undeniable great place to start your career for linguists. The best thing are the people, everyone is lovely. I almost always worked within my hours and was discouraged from overtime which is great to experience (especially given it's an American company)
Cons
Terrible pay and nothing is ever discussed openly or put in writing either so it's hard to work out progression. Very limited flexibility on career movement as well - even small decisions take ages to be approved due to size of company and its structure. Everything seems too rigid. I never got the impression that the company particularly care about its employees (limited benefits etc)
