      Relatively easy work, No one cares what time you walk in as long as you get your work done

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Internal training is the only training you will get. Compensation is no good

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
