Low pay/raises Poor company-wide communication/organization RTO enforcement Things like work-life balance and support fully depend on who your manager is and what team you end up on. Some managers/teams can be great, while the opposite is also true. Upper management tends to be out of touch with how work on the ground happens, and each team makes and follows their own guidelines. It is chaotic and you just learn to accept it.
