      Transperfect is a household name

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. I was there for 5 plus years and had commissions taken from me multiple times. Leadership penny picked numbers to deprive lower employees of pay while not allowing for a work life balance. Not worth your time.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
