      -hourly wage ? 7.5 nothing good actually.

      Cons

      -terrible clients -banks are the worst -indians are rude , they have terrible english on most ocassions -they want the interpreters to be machines with 100% accuracy but doesnt seem to be the same with the clients following protocols. -You cannot leave the role and clarify, -Essential information the names ? Absurd. -0 incentives. absurd bonus and metrics. 97.5 % to qualify for a $100 bonus. No one gets it. -no leaves, no benefits.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
