      Pros

      Able to work from home.

      Cons

      Need to buy own equipment, supervisor will make you take a picture of your home office anytime. They will not let you use PTO when exiting. Expensive health insurance. Need to fight to get last paycheck.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
