      The right place for language enthusiasts who have enough patience to get promoted over years

      Cons

      No Career&Salary Growth, no fair bonuses (extremely tiny one once per year), no promotions (staying on the same start position for more than 3 years), permanent budget/revenue issues that blocks salary growth, no motivation for better performance, workload might be too intense

      Pros

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
