      The training is more extensive than in other companies where I have worked as an interpreter. They offer remote job positions. There are growth opportunities.

      You will have to learn many company procedures.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
