Pros
TransPerfect definitely allows newly graduates to get a job and learn. In general there is a friendly atmosphere and good level of flexibility (this of course depends on the office and team).
Cons
The more you work, the more experience you get. However it seems rather impossible to get salary increase or promotion. This is based on my personal experience, maybe the situation is different in other offices. It is very easy to get more responsibilities, task and heavy workload, but you won't never get a salary that matches your seniority.
