Pros

- Good insurance benefits - Allow for remote work

Cons

- Culture = 0 - Tools under-developed - No HR in Canada, HR more or less available for you - IT equipment overdue as well - 3 sick days (industry standard is 5) - Only 1x 30-minutes unpaid pause per day (industry standard minimum is 30 unpaid, 30 paid) -Middle Management is great, would not change them, but Senior Management is a joke. They don't take you seriously and don't care about your professional opinion

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
