-Good first job out of college -Tech and hosting departments are ok -Honestly, not that many pros to the DC office

-Mid-Management does not treat employees very well -Because of high employee turn over, management is basically the employees who are leftover and have been there the longest, not the most qualified for the positions -Expected to work holidays, weekends, and nights as the company is "24/7" - a lot of these extra days and obligations are not included in the job descriptions and are not paid overtime if you are a salary employee - Work environment is not professional at all. Managers tend to speak rudely or yell at employees -Upper management seems to be unaware of these problems -Pay rates are lower than average; raises and bonuses are menial
