Pros
Employees work very hard to keep things going. The spirit of "Intra-preneurship" is very motivating as each person is considered an owner of their job and in control of how far they can take it.
Cons
Senior management squabbles and court hearings and bad press dampen morale and are causing many people to abandon what should be a very happy thriving place to work.
