EXPECT to work on days off. - Transperfect acquired Trial Interactive (a startup company, thus a startup environment). - Workforce is bare minimum. 3 onshore. 3 offshore. BUT, lots of "senior" management. - No concept of teamwork. Co-workers are very insecure. - Too many deliverables and not enough resources. - Managers promise resources but never deliver - they hire interns and offshore instead.
